Both the Republicans and Democrats use “Super Delegates” (delegates who can vote in any way they want regardless of how a primary turns out) during their primary season. Some people believe they are unfair, overpowered or take away power from the voters. Some others believe Super Delegates are useful to the party such as DNC Chair Wasserman Schultz who stated “(Super Delegates) exist really to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don’t have to be in a position where they are running against grass-roots activists. ” What do you think? Are Super Delegates good, bad, or something else?
